Requirements
Challenges of this opportunity:
- Run all HR subsystems;
- Contribute to the business strategy, helping leaders to identify more agile and assertive behaviors, structures and processes;
- Provide advice to leaders and their teams;
- Support leaders in planning the area's headcount, according to the company's strategy;
- Being an ambassador for Doctoralia's culture and values;
- Provide opportunities for improvement in line with business needs;
- Develop and implement practices that ensure the maintenance of a culture of feedback and development;
- Assess the organizational climate, the needs of each cell in the area and propose actions to ensure an environment of motivation and engagement;
- Provide support in evaluations and diagnoses of profiles;
If you:
- Has complete BS in Administration or Psychology - postgraduation will be a differential :)
- Worked in any of the subsystems of the HR area, experience in Development will be a differential :)
- Can communicate safely in Portuguese and English (we don't care much about certificates)
- Enjoying working as a team - we are very close, this is super important for us!
- Active listening is his code name, understands people's needs and overflows empathy
- Focus on goals and have an appetite to learn new concepts every day
- Uses the lens of curiosity and constantly seeks improvements in processes
