Responsibilities:

  • Engaging our SaaS’ users
  • Building long term relationships with our customers
  • Developing marketing automation in Brazil :) (HubSpot, Appcues)
  • Planning and creating AMAZING content which converts
  • Create internal flows in order to make CS work easier and more efficient
  • Take care of customer experiences on each stage of their customer journey

Requirements

If you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in CX or Marketing areas
  • Have Marketing degree (or related areas)
  • Have experience with mapping a customer journey, from the top of the marketing funnel to the bottom of the funnel
  • Have knowledge in CRM and experience in SaaS
  • Understand KPI’s and is able to come with marketing solutions
  • (Experience in Inbound Marketing is a plus)
  • Are both creative and logical thinker
  • Have ideas on engaging SaaS users with great content!
  • Have perfect skills to work in group and ability to convince people to work with you
  • Like to work autonomously
  • Speak English fluently
  • Are well organized and detail oriented (devil is in the details!)
  • Have great communication skills
