2+ years agency or corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience working with a global, remote team highly preferred.
Bilingual Portuguese - English professional language proficiency is required.
Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related preferred.
Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment.
Familiar with ATS systems (Lever highly preferred).
Experience with global recruiting.
Social and business media savvy.
Multitask and high-volume workloads.
What you'll do:
Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements.
Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions.
Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database.
Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements,
Work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
