Do you know how to work remotely and have experience with high volume requisitions? Then, this remote full-time opportunity is for you!
This is a full time virtual opportunity with some preference for the Pacific Time Zone (US), unless of course you are are an early bird! No commuting, other than to your work space and you will have a great team of colleagues.

- 2+ years agency or corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience working with a global, remote team highly preferred.
- Bilingual Portuguese - English professional language proficiency is required.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related preferred.
- Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment.
- Familiar with ATS systems (Lever highly preferred).
- Experience with global recruiting.
- Internet savvy.
- Social and business media savvy.
- Multitask and high-volume workloads.
What you'll do:
- Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements.
- Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions.
- Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database.
- Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements,
- Work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
