About the Job:
Senior Manager position or the Treasury team
Your Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the daily oversight of Didi Brazil subsidiaries’ cash account operation and maintenance;-Manage local banking relationship and support subsidiary level banking credit facility maintenance;-Responsible for local vendor payments, including tax, utility and social securities, etc., and ensure the compliance with local regulations, also ensure any payment issues or delays are immediately resolved;-Oversee local cash balance and operation cash flow, facilitate a timely execution of funding injection and repatriation between headquarter and local subsidiaries, including intercompany loan, equity injection and bank loan, etc.;-Work closely with business operation team, provide supports or solutions for passenger payment collection and driver payments in Brazil;-Liaise between internal partners (product, finance, business developments, etc.) in Brazil and headquarter treasury management;-Monitor FX rates and exposures, as well as treasury regulations in local;-Execute HQ treasury policy and perform HQ treasury operation instructions

The Successful Applicant: --Minimum 8 years relevant working experience. Preference will be given to someone who has worked on the management of cash accounts, collections and payments in either a financial institution or a company treasury team.-Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial markets and financial instruments is a plus.-Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team, with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties.-Appropriate handling of sensitive information, and high level of attention to detail.-Working experience in MNC is preferred.-Proficient in both written and spoken English, mandarin will be a plus.-Proficient in email writing, word documents, PowerPoint and Excel.-Work based in Brazil.
