About the Job:
You will be part of an incredible finance team working with abroad partners and locally. You will be able to take care of end-to-end business covering a whole BS and PL recognition, suggesting improvements, and being close to all areas of the company. New marketplace; new possibilities.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information. - Preparing trial balance and monthly submission.- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.- Prepares variance analysis among prior months and years data.- Assists management with new business implementation.- Assists external auditors by providing all requested supporting documents.- Ensure that local required financial filing requirements are complied with.- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience in reconcile payroll, Withholding tax and Fix Asset."- Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting- 3-5 years of successful experience in technical accounting.- Strong experience in complex accounting issues and huge data volume.- Proficiency in researching technical accounting topics.- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP (Oracle) SAP B1 is a plus.- Strong and demonstrated analytical skills and presentation skills- Excellent communication, writing, reporting skills to effectively communicate technical financial information to both technical and non-technical partners- Flexibility to multi-task and adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities - the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.- English - to keep interaction with international team members daily - Spanish is a plus.
