Location amp; Remote Work

Our people team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces.
For this position specifically, you need to be available to be on-site (São Paulo) 1 week per month.

Stages of the Selection Process

Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:

  • Interview with recruiter
  • Interview with Hiring Manager;
  • Interview with business stakeholder;
  • Interview with HRBP Head focused on Operations Team.

In this opportunity your main responsibilities will be:

As an HR Business Partner you will influence senior leaders to ensure strategic people management, aligning institutional policies and processes with the context and specific demands. Considering the entire employee journey, you should be able to:

  1. Contribute to making leadership autonomous and responsible for people management within their teams, through coaching and/or counseling on decision-making;
  2. Provide consultative support for the organizational design, identifying opportunities for synergy/movements, new hires, or actions that ensure development and succession, in order to ensure a high-performance team;
  3. Have a data-driven approach to make decisions based on the key People KPIs (eNPS, turnover, time-to-fill, compensation cycle, talent review);
  4. Ensure Talent Management agendas, using performance evaluation output and talent mapping;
  5. Interact and maintain routines with team specialists to ensure an updated view of the areas;
  6. Ensure the rollout of institutional people agenda
