As a Training and Development Manager at Kokku Games, you will:
- Identify, create, and monitor People Development programs according to the HR strategy.
- Coordinate, plan, and administer the company's Culture Project.
- Develop plans and strategies to meet training needs, coordinating implementation and follow-ups.
- Plan the department's budget, making cost provisions, and monthly monitoring of budget versus actual.
- Establish and ensure compliance with established indicators for the development area.
- Coordinate the New Employee Integration program, ensuring quality and alignment with Company policies.
- Lead the Annual Performance Cycle at Kokku.
- Lead the team to achieve company objectives and goals, through decentralized management, performance evaluation, commitment, focus on results, motivation, training, and financial recognition.
- Responsible for building internal norms and procedures, in line with corporate guidelines, correction of internal audit points, and other controls to ensure compliance with current standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Solid experience as an HR manager.
- Extensive knowledge in HR subsystems.
- Expertise in Tamp;D market tools.
- Mastery in managing indicators.
- Ability to implement adult learning processes and methodologies.
- Experience with data management.
- Fluent in English.
