Please note: This is a 30 hour per week, 8-month internship.

As a Business Analyst Intern within our Systems amp; Data team, you will play an important role in supporting our organization's sustainable growth by collaborating on the triage of feature requests submitted the the Systems amp; Data team by our Go To Market departments, including Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily revolve around analyzing the context of stakeholders' requests, aligning on problem statements, and mapping requirements to address process gaps. This will require you to maintain constant communication with stakeholders, carefully document their processes and requirements, and ensure alignment among all teams impacted by the proposed changes.

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current and future business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for optimization.
• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholder teams to elicit and document business requirements for system enhancements or new projects.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, as-is/to-be process flows, and decision documents.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Project Support: Provide support to the Senior Business Analyst in project planning, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to improve existing processes, tools, and methodologies within the Systems amp; Data teams.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and logically.
• Proficiency in process mapping techniques and tools, such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Whimsical.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company.
• It would be great if you have any knowledge or previous experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with Slack and Atlassian's Jira and Confluence software will help you hit the ground running!
