The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Software Engineer with a strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and in-depth knowledge of web application architecture focusing on security, scalability, and user-centered design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and functional user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience in our web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement responsive, robust, and high-quality user interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,using Angular 6+.
- Design and implement UX/UI strategies to create intuitive, efficient, scalable interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers to build wireframes and designs in Figma and Adobe XD.
- Optimize applications focusing on performance and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into development to ensure intuitive navigation and an enhanced user experience.
- Work closely with design and backend teams to define project specifications and technical requirements.
- Promote agile development practices and continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Guide and support the professional development of team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and UX design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a robust portfolio demonstrating UX skills.
- Proven experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Mastery of techniques and knowledge in strategies of micro front-end and modularization.
- In-depth knowledge and application of Angular 6+ in web projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, user research, usability testing, and requirement definition.
- Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
- Solid knowledge in accessibility and responsive design.
