Job Description

This is a on-site (non-remote) position and demands fluent English.
Essa é uma vaga presencial (não-remota) e orequer inglês fluente.

The hired person will work on a 6x1 basis (6 days on and 1 day off), working 6h40 a day, with 1h20 for lunch and rest (total of 40 workhours per week). Working hours will be 14h00 to 22h00 and 13h00 to 21h00, interspersed.

A pessoa contratada irá trabalhar em regime 6x1 (6 dias trabalhados e 1 dia de folga), atuando 6h40 por dia, com 1h20 para almoço e descanso (total de 40 horas trabalhadas por semana). Horário de trabalho será das 14h00 às 22h00 e das 13h00 às 21h00, intercalados.

As a Player Support Representative at PTW, you will be part of a team providing chat, email and phone support for gamers by maintaining positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards players and delivering high level of experience.

This is a huge opportunity to ingress in the gaming industry, working in the world leading provider of gaming services.

You will:

  • Promptly respond and help players with their questions, queries, and problems either via email, chat and/or phone.
  • Resolve player complaints and problems by quickly identifying the issue, troubleshoot effectively, provide accurate information, and follow up to ensure correct resolution.
  • Explain and guide customers through product features and functionalities.
  • Stay focused on the quality by ensuring consistency and adherence to high standards.
  • Communicating, coordinating amp; collaborating with team members and colleagues to provide customers with best possible solution to their problem.
  • Maintain an average handle time of 8 minutes on email and 12 minutes on chat.
  • Handle up to three concurrent chats while working on chat channel.
  • To deliver customer satisfaction level of 70% or above.

Requirements

  • Full proficiency in English language.
  • Love for gaming and will to be part of the gaming industry.
  • Fair knowledge about gaming and gaming platforms such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo amp; PC.
