About the Staff Product Manager Role at QuintoAndar
Our product management team is built on a two-sided career path consisting of a managerial track and an individual contributor track. Both tracks provide equal growth potential and seniority levels. A Staff PM is a seasoned professional acting as an individual contributor that has gone beyond the Sr. PM role. You will be tackling some of the toughest challenges we have along a senior team of designers and engineers.

About our Native App team and its responsibilities:
To own the QuintoAndar consumer app on both Android and iOS (built in Flutter). This team will be responsible for overall ownership of the apps and for common scaffolding (home, menus, notifications, health of the app, code structure, etc.).
In particular, this team will not be responsible for implementing every single feature in the app -- feature implementation will still be the responsibility of each product team. This team owns what is shared by everybody.
