A typical workday might include:

  • Being responsible for managing Axur's new client's onboarding process, from the welcome email to the handover of ongoing activities;
  • Generating and tracking requests with internal teams for advanced configurations, adjustments and detecting any inconsistencies that need to be rectified;
  • Engaging clients in the use of the platform and its functionalities and assisting them in identifying the user's top priorities within the product;
  • Conducting platform and feature training for both internal and external audiences;
  • Ensuring that, within the stipulated onboarding period, the client has the tools they contracted from Axur;
  • Conducting post-onboarding satisfaction surveys, managing the results, and creating an action plan for potential detractors;
  • Reporting improvement opportunities and managing customer feedback for operations and product teams.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in onboarding new clients for B2B SaaS companies;
  • Experience in creating and managing onboarding journey processes for digital products;
  • Experience with implementation in High Touch and Enterprise accounts;
  • Advanced English (capable of conducting meetings or training in English);
  • Fluent Portuguese.

Important Skills:

  • Knowledge in CyberSecurity and Digital Risk Protection;
  • Participation in or structuring of an onboarding journey in previous experiences;
  • Experience in enterprise account management;
  • Spanish proficiency;
  • Proficiency in data management, developing dashboards, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
