The Opportunity
Q4 seeks a Product Operations Manager to elevate and accelerate the Ramp;D team, and how we collaborate with partner functions across the company through the establishment and management of effective and scalable systems, processes, and data. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Operations, this is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to help operationalize product improvements and influence how Q4 scales as an organization through a product-led approach. Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvements of the internal product systems, processes, tools and reporting that enables effective management of performance across product, engineering, support and operations
  • Work with Ramp;D and cross-functional leaders to establish visibility into what teams are working on, how they are performing against customer and business impact, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Ability to sift through the noise, get to the heart of problems, identify optimization opportunities
  • Build systems for capturing, reviewing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights to continuously improve our execution and cross-functional collaboration
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business in CX, Finance, and Operations to align operations and enhance cross-departmental collaboration through projects like product GTM, operational process transformation and service enablement processes
  • Analyze processes identify efficiency opportunities, and design KPIs that can then be used to measure improvements
  • Own the product rituals for cross-functional alignment, accountability and feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in CX, Finance, Sales amp; Marketing to disseminate insights leading to data-informed product development
  • Conduct analysis and internal communication of key product, financial, customer and operational metrics to provide leadership team with a 360 view of our product health
  • Improve team performance and operation through establishing and training teams on best practices

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working in high-performance software development teams
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, go-to-market or program management
  • Advanced communication, influencing, relationship and team building skills
  • Experience designing and implementing minimum viable business and technical processes, and influence team behaviors to improve team productivity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver impact in ambiguous environments, navigate through complexity and manage change
  • Strong skills in servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • Working knowledge of product management, analytics, CRM and BI tools (eg, Aha! Roadmap, Jira, Posthog, Salesforce, Looker)

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in a startup
  • Educational background or experience in Management Consulting, Supply Chain Management, or Process Optimization
  • MBA
