We are seeking an Executive Assistant with Recruitment experience, who possesses the following characteristics:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert in recruitment, especially in outbound recruiting and looking for new talents.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well-organized and self-disciplined.
- Takes initiative in searching out information and finding solutions.
- Persistent and assertive, but not abrasive.
- Creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrate good judgment and ability to adjust daily work goals as needed.
- Familiarity with eCommerce
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage part-time the recruiting process - job postings, taking in inbound applicants, and especially outbound recruitment to look for passive candidates.
- Manage the Executive Director's calendars, calls, e-mail communications, meetings, etc.
- Support the Executive Director in his daily responsibilities.
- Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in recruitment - inbound amp; outbound
- 2-4 years of experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- 2-4 years of experience in assisting Executives or Directors
- 2-4 years of experience working in a Recruitment firm is a plus
- Willing to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST
