The ideal candidate will be able to experience particularities of the Real Estate and Infrastructure market in countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in a long-term relationship with clients besides the production of high-quality events.
We require fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Key Role Objectives:
Nurture Existing Relationships:
Continuously develop and implement strategies to enhance existing business relationships and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
Build Long-term Connections:
Develop strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, fostering a one-to-one connection that goes beyond immediate transactions.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional virtual teams, partner organizations, and third-party stakeholders to further develop the account.
Strategic Account Analysis:
Plan the analysis of customer billing information to identify potential sources of account growth, utilizing insights into customer daily operations and challenges.
Identify Growth Opportunities:
Leverage knowledge of customer operations and challenges to identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth.
Forward-looking Account Plans:
Develop forward-looking account plans that align with both client needs and our organizational goals.
Primary Customer Contact:
Serve as the primary contact for a defined number of large customers and prospects within a particular sector.
Alignment with Sector Strategy:
Ensure that all activities are aligned with the global/regional sector strategy, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Budget Delivery:
Deliver the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, ensuring good contractual performance, and employing proactive thinking.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management and relationship building.
Strong analytical skills for strategic account analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with the real estateisadvantageous
