We're searching for a person to join our Product Operations team, performing a support role in our Operations area. A communicative, curious, proactive person willing to analyze processes which results in the growth of the whole Axur business. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Call Handling;
- Phishing URL collection and creation;
- Phishing rule review;
- Monitoring manual searches on social networks.
- Process improvement and automation proposal;
Requirements
- Intermediate or advanced English.
The following are considered important differentials:
- Advanced search knowledge in browsers and social networks;
- Database knowledge (SQL);
- Knowledge of phishing;
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
