Position Salary Range$ 75,425.83 /year - $ 95,547.18/yearStarting PayAlthough our full pay range is included above, the budgeted hiring range for this position is$ 75,425.83/year - $ 85,486.50 /year.Position Type: Full-time Salaried, ExemptRemote vs. On-site: 10%-50%
The Objective:To develop, oversee, and support a centralized Access Program focused on ensuring optimal access to excellent, equitable patient care across PPRM’s region.
Success: You will know you are successful when the Access Programs and Initiatives are effectively supporting continued access to excellent and equitable care and are driving inclusive, patient-centered improvements in our operations. Snapshot: Many days will be spent on a computer in virtual meetings, supervising staff, developing improvement plans, monitoring programmatic performance, and reporting to stakeholders. Other days or weeks will be spent in HCs, observing flow and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Collaborating with HC and ROM partners on improvement initiatives and guiding their implementation. Other days you may be onsite connecting with HCMs or your staff and/or providing Manager-on-Duty coverage. You will work collaboratively with the team, and stakeholders, and work on your own to meet project goals and deadlines. You guide and inform the daily and weekly tasks of your team with a focus on process improvement and program maintenance.Qualifications:You are a high school graduate or equivalent with at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare operations. You have a proven track record of managing health centers to high efficiency without compromising quality of care or experience. You recognize problems and opportunities quickly and you immediately pivot to solutions. You take a high level of accountability for your work and see it as your core responsibility to ensure a high-functioning, engaged team who are understood as inclusive, thoughtful, achievers and performers. You are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and can learn new concepts quickly and easily. You lean on data to inform decision-making and search for root causes when working on solutions. You build trust and relationships easily and are quickly understood by your colleagues and your team as someone who can be relied on, who will listen for understanding, and who will follow through on commitments. You are tech-savvy and have a proven record of successfullymanaging multiple projects and schedules. You have intermediate Microsoft Office skills and preferred experience in NextGen. Primary Areas of Responsibility/Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for the program development, management, continuous improvement, and coordination of the Access programs.
  • Centralized Templates:
  • Supports the development and integration of a fully centralized scheduling system and program for the affiliate.
  • Engages with stakeholders across the affiliate to solicit feedback and collaboration on the development and continued improvement of the program.
  • Oversees the operations of the weekly and monthly adjustments of appointment templates for the health centers in the region.
  • Travel and PRN staff program
  • Supervises the Travel and PRN Manager
  • Supports the Manager in the development and management of the Travel, PRN program.
  • Manager on Duty
  • Functions as a Manager on Duty to support leave and backfill turnover
  • Oversees team members functioning as MODs
  • Guides regular MOD shifts for self and team to ensure continued tracking and awareness of Health Center operations
  • Access Initiatives
  • Partner with the ROMs and DHCO to identify opportunities for access improvement across the region
  • Develop targeted improvement initiatives
  • Guide and directly support the implementation of initiatives

  • Supervisory Functions:
  • Manages a team of three (3) staff members
  • One (1) Program Manager who directly supervises ~20-30 staff.
  • Two (2) Projects Coordinators
  • Serves as a consultant to ROMs / HC Management and their staff regarding the ongoing operations of templates and scheduling best practices for the region.
  • Oversees the Travel/PRN programs through the Program Manager to ensure policies and procedures are carried out and up to date.
  • Solicit and track feedback from ROMs / HC Management teams to facilitate effective and meaningful performance management of Program staff.
  • Hires, interviews, develops and guides onboarding plans for the Access Program Manager and Coordinators.
  • Provide regular feedback, set clear expectations
