As a UI/UX Designer you will
- Be the user and interface advocate in the production and design process;
- Create and maintain UI/UX design documentation for any assigned projects;
- Provide instruction, feedback and guidance for Mid and Associate UI/UX Designers;
- Create and improve standard documentation within the UI/UX design team;
- Create and update UI/UX design docs, templates, mockups, design systems, test scripts
- and presentations to share UI/UX vision with the rest of the project;
- Able to comfortably work in all areas of UI/UX design - user experience, user research,
- UI design, UI art, usability tests and hands-off/deliverable;
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and game designers from other studios;
- Work on all levels of the interface: visual, control, feedback, accessibility.
- Provide consistent, quality output.
Requirements
- Cross-platform development experience on PC and mobile (console experience is a plus).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of game design.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passionate about user experience, flows, UI, and user testing.
- Strong interest in UI Design/Art for various genres.
- Problem-solving skills and an open mind.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Sense of initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proactive approach to updating job knowledge.
- Ability to contribute to efficient software UX/UI design.
