Nokia, Wizz Air, Decathlon, Share Now - just to name a few companies with which we at Mito Performance collaborate, managing media, analytics, CRO SEO, content and other performance marketing projects, creating complex digital performance solutions all over the world. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself puts a smile on our faces every single day. Okay, most of the days.

We are currently looking for a freelance Digital Content Manager, who is not just a great professional, prefers working remotely / from home, but is also fine with working 8:00-16:00 (CST), which is 15:00-23:00 (CET) and has the capacity to work 40 hours / week.

Requirements

Your tasks will be to:

  • Supervise the implementation and testing of the website content of our clients
  • Create new pages, update and edit current ones, and publish content to the CMS
  • Use the CMS confidently (it can sense if you’re afraid), so you’re able to learn new actions. Use the same confidence with YouTube Studio, to manage content and channels.
  • Follow the pre-defined content calendar and keep in contact with the stakeholders. Brief and produce content to fill gaps in plans.
  • Facilitate content creation process from a content management point of view.
  • Review the content to check if it’s aligned with the template and best practices.
  • Include performance-related best practices in the content recommendations, where it is needed. Interface with global digital teams to influence content creation.
  • Proofread English content (grammar, spellign mistaks, style)
  • Manage content as part of pre-go-live testing, including validation against content best practices, quality assurance post-publishing
  • Manage approvals and content hand-off to operational teams
  • Be structured and precise to document all this in a ticketing system
  • Collaborate with digital analysts, SEO experts, content teams, site developers, PPC and other professionals (really clever and nice people) to be able to dig deeper into partners' data and provide learnings and better insights for future campaigns
  • If you observe and follow HTML and CSS trends, we’re going to be a great audience for you

We need you to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience gained in the usage of multiple content management systems, especially with Drupal
  • A good understanding of content strategy and B2B activation best practices
  • Copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent reading and writing (maybe even dreaming) skills in English
  • Work experience with multiple stakeholders from various teams (copywriters, marketing professionals, subject matter experts, web developers, astronauts, etc.)
  • Good understanding of brand marketing content delivery needs, solutions, and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented attitude, and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Willingness to learn about digital marketing, analytics and conversion rate optimization best practices
  • An attention to detali (yes, it’s on purpose)
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
