We are searching for an innovative and strategic Associate Product Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our dynamic squad of developers, designers, and product professionals, ensuring our software products are top-tier and forward-thinking.

• Contribute to building and refining our product roadmap.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure product enhancements are in line with the company vision and goals.

• Act as a liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance product design and improve user experience.

• Analyze data and user feedback to form product insights and improvements.
• Identify trends and opportunities to innovate and improve product offerings.

• Assist in developing product strategies and execute them through the full product life cycle.
• Prioritize product features and tasks, ensuring timely and efficient releases.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to define product requirements and specifications
• Manage the backlog and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals
• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams during the development and testing phases
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
• Regularly monitor and report on product performance, including key metrics and user feedback

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Since you will be working with remote employees from Brazil, intermediate Portuguese is required.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to work effectively with development teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in utilizing product management tools and software.

• A genuine passion for product development and digital innovation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is an entry-level position; therefore, no previous experience is required; however:

• Working as a Product Manager requires expertise in UX/UI, Engineering, and Business. Therefore, an aptitude to learn quickly is a must.
• You will act as a Product Consultant to stakeholders, you will need to be able to communicate as such.
• You will be working with CEOs, CTOs, and higher management stakeholders. Professional communication and soft skills are required.
