We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team, performing a support role coordinating product launches and promotional activities. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to conduct marketing research, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include:
- Collaborating with the product team to create compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the value proposition of our solutions to target audiences;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels;
- Coordinating product launches and promotional activities, including the creation of a playbook for product release cycles, to increase product awareness and drive lead generation and product adoption;
- Generating high-quality marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, and data sheets, to support the sales team;
- Empowering sales, marketing, and customer success teams with a sales pitch that states our positioning and competitive differentiators, ensuring they are aligned with the latest product releases and with the best arguments for product adoption;
- Conducting market research and monitor competitor’s products and marketing efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, competitive gaps, and differentiators to inform marketing strategies;
- Collaborating with the product team in the discovery and testing of new products, bringing the market perspective about demand and identifying opportunities for new product development in line with the company’s business amp; strategic objectives;
- Monitoring and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Indispensable Requirements:
- Portuguese fluency;
- English fluency;
- Proven 2+ years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role, preferably in B2B environments;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Passion for technology with a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments.
Important Skills:
- Prior experience in launching new products or new markets;
- Spanish fluency.
