As a Talent Acquisition Assistant you will
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and desired candidate profiles. Support recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates. Identify relevant talent sources, such as professional networks, events, and educational institutions. Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings. Schedule and conduct behavioral interviews and assist in technical interviews. Provide candidates with feedback on their performance throughout the hiring process. Maintain up-to-date and organized recruitment systems and tools, recording relevant candidate information. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations related to hiring. Monitor hiring progress and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics. Familiarity with recruitment and selection process platforms, including active recruitment techniques, social media searches, professional databases, and more.Requirements
Demonstrated track record in technical recruitment, preferably within the gaming or technology sector. Proficiency in the technical skills and competencies essential for roles in the gaming industry. In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, encompassing talent sources and screening methods. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Robust organizational and time management proficiencies. Fluent in English, with proficiency in both spoken and written forms.Benefits
