Blaze, a brand new innovative and high-tech online casino, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team. As the Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent in the gambling and casino industry. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to attract top talent in the gambling and casino industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
- Source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates to build a pipeline of top talent.
- Manage the hiring process from scheduling interviews to extending offers to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates and industry experts.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the gambling and casino industry.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
