Well Integrity Engineer

• Drive Risk Assessments review and update accordingly based on latest findings (wells related)
• Follow up on well integrity actions.
• Ensure well integrity actions are properly tracked into sharepoint.
• Ensure well integrity management software is up-to-date.
• Support operations team on developing well integrity verification procedures.
• Track well integrity performance and KPIs.
• Support operations team on raising MoCs related to well integrity issues.
• Support internal and external audits (Well Integrity Management System).
• Update barrier diagrams Assess and calculate well operational envelope.

Requirements

Education

• Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum).

Experience

• Ideally 5+ of relevant experience in the area.

Interpersonal Skills

• Team player.
• Proactive and able to work independently, applying a structured and systematic approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask relevant questions and provide thorough explanations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary/multinational environment.

Knowledge

• Advanced English (oral and written).
