We are looking for a Peopleamp;Performance Intern to join our team, performing a support role in the management of the recruitment processes funnel. An organized, communicative, proactive person who is willing to execute projects aimed at increasing Axurians' retention, satisfaction, and productivity, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in Brazil!
A typical workday might include:
- Providing support in our management of the recruitment processes funnel in the ATS - Workable;
- Assisting in relationship issues between Axurians and other demands that impact satisfaction;
- Monitoring the Onboarding process, assisting in its execution;
- Contributing to the management of internal communication channels, ensuring the propagation of asynchronous communication culture and process documentation;
- Handling internal people management programs, planning and executing events and routine interactions with Axurians;
- Analyzing performance indicators of the processes;
- Building and executing projects aimed at increasing Axurians' retention, satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements
Indispensable Requirements:
- Undergoing bachelor's degree;
- Basic/Intermediate Spanish;
- Intermediate/Advanced English.
Important Skills:
- Experience in Startups or technology companies;
- Experience with performance indicators.
