Job Description
Your responsibilities will be:
Support in carrying out business continuity planning;
Prepare and present the BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and RIA (Risk Impact Analysis) on a recurring basis;
Develop recovery strategies, in addition to conducting tests and exercises that prove the continuity of services;
Implement and monitor controls related to ISO 22301 and 22313;
Monitor projects and new products/partners with a holistic view of business continuity;
Carry out a security awareness program focused on Business Continuity;
Participate in the incident response process with a business continuity view;
Respond for the business continuity life cycle, such as internal and external audits related to the topic.
Requirements
Business Continuity Planning: Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity plans that address risk mitigation and disaster recovery;
Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Ability to perform a thorough analysis of the impact that potential disruptions can have on business processes, identifying critical areas and their dependencies;
Risk Assessment: Competence in identifying, assessing, and classifying risks that could affect business continuity, taking into consideration internal and external threats;
Recovery strategies: Familiarity with different business recovery strategies, such as data backup, system redundancy, contingency plans, and disaster recovery;
Testing and Exercises: Experience planning, coordinating and performing business continuity testing and mock exercises to ensure the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement;
Technology knowledge: Understanding of information technology (IT) systems used by the organization, including infrastructure, networking, data storage, and information security;
Standards and regulations: Familiarity with best practices, standards, and regulations related to business continuity, such as ISO 22301;
Communication and coordination: Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure effective implementation of business continuity plans;
Project management: Ability to manage projects related to business continuity, including setting goals, timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress
Security Awareness: Knowledge of information security best practices, cybersecurity, and protective measures to mitigate internal and external threats.
Complete college degree in areas related to Information Security;
Knowledge in the financial market working with business continuity;
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
Dynamism to work with profiles and people of different skills and hierarchical levels;
Desirable Experience (Differential)
Post-graduate degree in Information Security or Technical Certifications will be a differential;
Ease of handling adherence/Compliance (relevant to Security) issues based on industry standards, legal issues or industry regulations (PCI-DSS, LGPD, CIS, ISO, NIST, BaCen/SFN and the like);
Intermediate knowledge of Information Security and IT processes (ITIL, COBIT).
Possess certifications: ITIL or COBIT or ISO27001 or ISO27002 or 22301 or 22313 or EXIN PRIVACY (PDPE or PDPF), DPO.
Have worked in a financial company;
Spanish will be a plus.;;;
