bwise Media is a digital media agency, specialized in sports betting/iGaming. We work with the biggest and most popular sports websites and apps around the world, managing advertising sales to betting amp; gaming operators.
We are looking for a Paid Ads Manager focusing on the Brazilian/LATAM market to run paid search campaigns and monitor their budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO). You should also be analytical and good with numbers. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities
- Create and launch effective paid search campaigns
- Manage keywordselection and audience targeting
- Measure conversions and improve sales funnels
- Optimize budget and campaigns KPIs on a daily basis
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Requirements
- Proven experience running successful paid ads campaigns in the sports industry
- Creative thinking and always willing to find solutions in a highly regulated and restrictive market
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
- Portuguese native and fluent in English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus
- Location in Rio de Janeiro, BR is a plus
