bwise is a digital media agency, specialized in sports betting/iGaming. We work with the biggest and most popular sports websites and apps around the world, managing advertising sales to betting amp; gaming operators.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Sales Manager to help us expand our business in Brazil/LATAM. You will be working under the Managing Director Brazil (located Rio) and be responsible for driving new sales business with digital focus.

Responsibilities
- Create and close sales opportunities of bwise sports portfolio including livescore apps, sport publishers, influencer marketing and social media marketing
- Consult clients on digital solutions and communicate upsell opps
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with local advertisers and publishers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services and portfolio
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a sales manager, sales executive or a relevant role in betting/iGaming ideally combined with a background in sponsorship or other big media deals
- Experience in direct sales (CPM), performance marketing, programmatic media buying and/or affiliate marketing is a plus
- Brazilian and/or LATAM market knowledge
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Committed to continuous education and self-improvement
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Portuguese native and good command of English is mandatory - Spanish is a plus
- Location in Rio de Janeiro, BR is a plus
