Products and Special Projects Manager - Latam

Main attributions

• Manage projects to launch new products, services and markets and be aware of delivery time, costs and quality requirements.
• Relationship with commercial partners in Latin America;
• Feasibility study and adaptation for Latam of products and services offered in the United States and Europe;
• Development and management of payment products and services, defining and maintaining their functionalities, user experience and pricing;
• Responsible for translating business needs into service and product opportunities;
• Map the market;
• Elaborate solutions to problems and challenges;

Requirements

• Advanced English;
• Experience in project management;
• Experience with product development cycles;
• Acting with structuring, management and launching of products;
• Knowledge in market analysis and leadership of multidisciplinary teams;
• Have a strategic vision focused on results;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable

• Intermediate / Advanced Spanish
• Knows and understands the payment and/or retail market

Work model: Hybrid - 2x per week at the office (Barueri-SP)
