Sinch is growing and we are now looking to increase our Pamp;C team with a People amp; Culture Partner with a focus on LATAM. You will be responsible for regional specific HR support as well as Global Projects contribution.

As our Sr HRBP you will:

  • Be strategic to make diagnostics and propose solutions, and hands on to implement and make it happen.
  • Be?the?main?point?of?contact?of?business?leaders?to?deliver?people?strategy?in LATAM.
  • Support our people through key lifecycle moments including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Responsible?for?alignment?with?HR?Communities?of?Practice?and?regional stakeholders?to?ensure?the?best?experience?for?all?sinchers?in?the?region.
  • Continually improve our processes to drive simplicity, efficiency and great people’s experience.
  • Ensure local policies and practices are compliant with legal and company requirements.
  • Be responsible for keeping our people processes and policies up to date and readily available.
  • Project Management: Drive projects to improve, streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Contribute to a best-in-class work environment by being responsible for all employee HSE matters.
  • Be responsible for or participate in various local and global HR improvement projects.
  • Use?data?to?understand?and?guide?business?leaders,?looking?for?the?best?solutions?and?best?practices?in?the?market.
  • Support?and?lead?integration?and?change?management in?the?areas?of?responsibility.
  • Standardize?processes?and?policies?according?to?integration?project.
  • Identify?and?support?leadership?development?and?workforce?planning.

Requirements

Who are you?

In order to contribute to this role, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • HR experience, preferably within fast growing, technology, startup companies.
  • Great influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership Coaching
  • Change Management
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task while establishing priorities.
  • Comfortable interacting effectively at all levels and functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication both in Portuguese and English, Spanish desirable.
